I had to follow up Martha’s kitchen with Geninne’s wooden spoon collection AND her suggestion to follow Stephanie’s spoon care recipe (just mineral oil and beeswax in a creamy mixture - all the healthy goodness your wooden buddies crave!) Hopefully my own spoon collection will look like this soon (thank you wedding registry!) UPDATE: My wonderful MIL-To-Be was visiting from Virginia last week and she brought me an enormous (enormously awesome) wooden spoon to make my fantasy wooden spoon collection a reality - yay! Photo of spoon hanging in it’s new home soon to follow.
